Euro Summer 2026 is calling, and we’re answering in the most unforgettable way, with an exclusive journey across four of Europe’s most iconic destinations. We’ll begin in Amsterdam, where vibrant canals and eclectic charm set the perfect tone for summer, before heading to Paris to indulge in the city’s timeless romance and unmatched style. Rome follows, where every cobblestone street feels like stepping into living history, balanced with the warmth of la dolce vita. Finally, we’ll close in Croatia, with glittering coastlines, yacht days, and nights that capture the electric energy of summer by the sea. This isn’t just travel, it’s the essence of what a true Euro Summer is meant to be, taking in the culture, beauty, and rhythm of each country in one extraordinary journey.
This is an action packed adventurous trip. We do NOT recommended experience for those who have difficulty walking, easily get overwhelmed when switching hotels/locations, as we will be doing this every couple of days. A Euro Summer is all about hitting the streets and experiencing the culture. It's not heavily excursion based, but is more about exploration and and enjoyment of each city for what they have to offer. There will be plenty of walking involved within each city.
ALL GUESTS WILL NEED TO FLY OUT OF THEIR HOME AIRPORT ONE DAY BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE TRIP. ALL FLIGHTS NEED TO DEPART ON AUG 2ND DUE TO TRAVEL TIME AND TRAVELING INTO A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO ARRIVE ONTIME.
YOU WILL FIND BETTER FLIGHTS FLYING OUT OF JFK OR EWR AIRPORT IF YOU'RE FLYING OUT OF NY, NJ OR PA AREA.

The grand total of the trip can be paid in full, paid in larger increments than listed OR made exactly as the payment schedule is listed above. NO payments will be accepted on due dates that is LESS than the listed above amount. A monthly reminder will be sent out to everyone. Payments will be accepted on or before the date of the scheduled payment plans.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
1. Payments, Refunds, and Transfers
All payments made to Glossy Getaways are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, unless a getaway is canceled by Glossy Getaways due to an unforeseen event such as government shutdowns or a global health emergency.
If a guest chooses not to attend a getaway for any reason, all payments previously made will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellations Initiated by Glossy Getaways
In the rare event that Glossy Getaways must cancel a getaway due to unforeseen circumstances, the trip will be postponed, and guests will receive a travel credit equal to the amount paid at the time of cancellation.
This credit:

May be applied to the postponed getaway or any other non–sold-out Glossy Getaways trip.

Must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.

Will automatically expire after 12 months and become null and void.
No cash refunds will be provided in these situations.
3. Trip Host Availability
If the originally assigned trip host becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Glossy Getaways will appoint a qualified replacement host.
A change in trip host does not constitute grounds for a cancellation, refund, or credit.
4. Airline and Vendor Policies
Any credit or refund issued by Glossy Getaways may be affected by the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or third-party vendors involved in the getaway.

Airlines and tour operators may require up to 120 days to process refunds.

All refund amounts and processing timeframes are subject to the specific policies of the airline or vendor.

Glossy Getaways is not responsible for international refund timelines, currency conversion rates, or delays caused by external vendors.
5. Required Documentation and Entry Requirements
Glossy Getaways will inform guests of all required entry documents for each destination.
It is the guest’s responsibility to:

Read all communication and documentation provided by Glossy Getaways thoroughly.

Secure, complete, and present all necessary paperwork, visas, authorizations, or identification required for international travel.
Glossy Getaways is not responsible or liable for:

Denied entry into any country due to missing or incorrect documentation.

Misunderstandings arising from the guest not reading the provided information carefully.

Producing or managing personal travel documents for guests.
Guests traveling on a passport other than a United States passport must notify Glossy Getaways before booking and are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents for their nationality.
If entry is denied for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Glossy Getaways does not provide or sell travel insurance. Guests may purchase coverage independently through any preferred travel insurance provider.
Glossy Getaways will not provide refunds or credits due to:

Illness

Injury

Missed flights

Personal emergencies

Changes in guest availability
7. Flight Packages
For packages that include international flights:

Flight pricing is based on an allotted flight budget designated for each getaway.

If airfare exceeds the amount allotted (example: airfare exceeds $1200), the guest is responsible for paying the additional cost.

Guests selecting a flight-inclusive package will depart from EWR or JFK only.

Guests who require a different departure airport should select a package without international flights included.
8. Itineraries and Policy Adjustments
All itineraries are tentative and may be adjusted based on logistical needs, safety considerations, vendor availability, or other operational requirements.
All Glossy Getaways policies are subject to change at any time.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a deposit, first installment, or any payment toward a Glossy Getaways trip, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Participation in any Glossy Getaways trip payment signifies a law binding acceptance of this agreement.
