ALL GUESTS WILL NEED TO FLY OUT OF THEIR HOME AIRPORT ONE DAY BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE TRIP. ALL FLIGHTS NEED TO DEPART ON JUNE 22ND DUE TO TRAVEL TIME AND TRAVELING INTO A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO ARRIVE ONTIME. 

YOU WILL FIND BETTER FLIGHTS FLYING OUT OF JFK OR EWR AIRPORT IF YOU'RE FLYING OUT OF NY, NJ OR PA AREA.

The grand total of the trip can be paid in full, paid in larger increments than listed OR made exactly as the payment schedule is listed above. NO payments will be accepted on due dates that is LESS than the listed above amount. A monthly reminder will be sent out to everyone. Payments will be accepted on or before the date of the scheduled payment plans.

All payments made are non refundable and non transferable, unless a getaway is canceled by Glossy Getaways due to an unforeseen circumstances like Government shut downs or covid-19 pandemic. If you decide not to go on a Getaway all payments are non refundable and non transferable.

In the event of an unforeseen cancelation BY Glossy Getaways, the getaway will be postponed to another date and a credit will be issued for the amount available for another Glossy Getaway. The credit can be used towards the postponed getaway or any other (non-sold out) getaway within a 12 month period. After 12 months the credit will be null and void. 

The amount of any credit or refund by Glossy Getaways can be affected by airlines policies, and/or tour company cancelation policies. Airlines and tour companies can take up to 120 days for refunds. In the event of any cancellations involving airlines or tour companies, the amount/time frame of the refund will be based on their individual refund policies only. Glossy Getaways cannot be held accountable for international refund wait times or currency conversion rates.

Given the ever changing international traveling, COVID related guidelines, it is recommended by Glossy Getaways to at least HAVE a vaccine card. Although it may not always be necessary or even  mandatory (based on the country of entry). Glossy Getaways will inform you of any/all required documentation that must be completed to gain entry into any country. Thoroughly reading all of the details provided by Glossy Getaways is  necessary to avoid any confusion. Glossy Getaways will not be held accountable or responsible for any documents missing due to not thoroughly reading. Glossy Getaways will not be held accountable/responsible for any trip based misunderstandings due to not thoroughly reading guidelines and any documents sent out by Glossy Getaways to participating Getaway Guests.

If a country requires any entry paperwork or documentation that you fail to produce, a refund will not be available. Glossy Getaways will not be held accountable for handling or producing personal and individual documents required to enter any country.

Travel insurance is inexpensive and also suggested. This is something that can be purchased at your own expense. Glossy Getaways does not provide travel insurance, but many companies who sell travel insurance can be found online by doing a simple google search.

Flight pricing for packages that include flights in the total cost, are contingent upon flights not exceeding the allotted amount set per each individual Glossy Getaway. Example: if the package includes up to $1200 towards flights, and flights end up being OVER $1200, the guest is held responsible for the remaining cost of the flight, after the allotted package cost has been subtracted. If you choose the package that includes flights, your flight will leave from EWR or JFK airport. If there is a different airport you'd need to fly out of, it's best to choose a package that does not include international flights.

All policies are subject to change and all Glossy Getaways itineraries are tentative can be adjusted as to the needs of each getaway.

By signing up for a Glossy Getaway with your submission form and making your first installment/deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understand and agree to abide by this contractual agreement of Glossy Getaways rules and regulations.
